Charitable Institution for the Homeless in St. Petersburg

Since 01.01.2010 – a project of Maltese Relief Service in St. Petersburg.

Thanks to this institution about 150 homeless people can daily receive hot meals.  If they need clothes and shoes, they get it.  When requested, we provide them with train tickets to their birthplace or to the residence of their relatives.  There is also a consultation room, as well as help in reissuance; in the case of an emergency necessary medical treatment (dentistry, ophthalmology) is being paid; we apply also first medical aid.  Together with the public health center (№ 12) homeless people suffering from tuberculosis receive medical treatment and high calorie diet.
