The project purpose: Social protection and support of the poorest segments of population.
This program offers social counseling for indigent people. The help is offered first of all to the families in social crisis. Sorts of help: social consultation and support, food sets, sanitary-and-hygienic means (for bed patients), hot meals (coupons to the Maltese Kitchen and a Caritas Kitchen for the Poor “Tatyana”), clothes, and also free of charge rendered services of a lawyer, help in employment. The handbook “Social Care in St.-Petersburg” is published thanks to this project.

Kitchen for the Poor “Tatiana”
The kitchen is situated in the “Petrogradsky” district of St.-Petersburg. 120 St. Petersburg citizens daily receive proper dinners free of charge.
